Pros and cons of Save-On-Foods app for iPhone and iPad

Save-On-Foods app good for

I really like the app. I dont have all my cards with me and I have my phone pretty much all the time. And with the app you get extra points all the time. As for somebodys comment about logging in its not that big of a deal.
Really nice experience and performance on my phone. Would be really great if they had pictures of the nutritional information that you could look at when comparing products.
Good app. Could use some integration between the other SaveOn Foods app. I shouldnt have to have 2 apps. The memory on my phone is precious. The ability to make a grocery list is, I think, a basic function this app should have.
I like the app and the delivery service. With two kids under three shopping from home and having it delivered is awesome and WELL worth the $7 fee. Two things: 1) app needs to be more photo orientated (ie. Not so cut up into categories maybe like Canadian tire does where you can see the flyer as it is and click on the items in the flyer). This would promote more impulse buying but would be more visually appealing for the consumer. I find it hard to find the "oh I should buy that too" moments in the current categories setup 2) love that your drivers arent allowed to accept tips. Makes it that much less awkward at the door! App is good keep up the good work and tweak it a bit to the visual folks!
I dont usually write reviews but I love this app and service. Its super easy to use on my iPhone and a huge time saver. No more screaming kids in the check out line. Its a no brainer. I cant understand why anyone wouldnt use this service.
Ive been using the app to order groceries by delivery. Its amazing. Easy to find things add them to your cart, review and change orders as required. Have set up lists (using a PC, cannot be done through the app) for my favourite recipes to make online shopping even easier. Saving me tons of time and money.

Some bad moments

Need to make the login session longer. Login brutal every time I use the app.
I too dont like that I have to log in to use my rewards card. Also, if I choose "Coupons" from Home page, I get coupons from the last time I was in the store, even when theyre no longer valid. To get up to date coupons, I have to tap the Menu button, choose More, then Coupons - & then I get the current ones. The app should automatically check for the current coupons, no matter which route I take to get to them. On the plus side, I like to be able to look through past purchases to see if any items I regularly buy are on sale.
No shopping list; youre kidding me? And my session continually times out. Absolutely terrible!
Its been stated many times already but requiring a manual login while standing with your hands full in line at the store is ridiculous.
This new app seems to push the online shopping and does not give customers what they need. Not geared at all to support points and rewards. Cant view points balance, keeps logging out and dont get to review past points transactions and earnings. Save on Foods has forgotten about what the customer needs and is pushing new initiatives instead.
Please ad points to this AP its so frustrating!!!!! Also add a remember me option to this its so annoying to have to sign in all the time
