More rewards card

Need to make the login session longer. Login brutal every time I use the app.

Needs improvement

I too dont like that I have to log in to use my rewards card. Also, if I choose "Coupons" from Home page, I get coupons from the last time I was in the store, even when theyre no longer valid. To get up to date coupons, I have to tap the Menu button, choose More, then Coupons - & then I get the current ones. The app should automatically check for the current coupons, no matter which route I take to get to them. On the plus side, I like to be able to look through past purchases to see if any items I regularly buy are on sale.

Argh! Give me back the old app

No shopping list; youre kidding me? And my session continually times out. Absolutely terrible!

Its been stated many times already but requiring a manual login while standing with your hands full in line at the store is ridiculous.

Not geared to customer needs

This new app seems to push the online shopping and does not give customers what they need. Not geared at all to support points and rewards. Cant view points balance, keeps logging out and dont get to review past points transactions and earnings. Save on Foods has forgotten about what the customer needs and is pushing new initiatives instead.

App needs to be re- done

The old app was good. A big plus was to see current and next week flyers on Thursday. Helped keep me away from Thrifty Foods. Now, have only current week flyer. New app is very slow to load; it is painful to wait for each page to load. Went from items being too small to read to being way too big to be efficient. Need to fix issues to keep me as a customer.

Horrible!!

Update is terrible. Says it doesnt recognize me & Ive had the same account for years! Doesnt show my points total. Really bad update Save On People.

Keeps asking for a password Wont scan on all self checkouts Oh yeah and you blocked Apple Pay - are you trying to get rid of customers? If so youre doing a really good job!

Not an upgrade

This upgraded app is not an improvement at all. couldnt sign in to the new app using my usual login info - had to completely recreate my profile - doesnt show my points totals, coupons not quickly accessible- they used to be on the home screen. ..... Not a fan of it at all...dont know what you updated on June 14 but all the same complaints are still valid even after the most recent update. Terrible app and very disappointed. The old app was way better.

Why is it that it doesnt recognize my email or password. Its kicked me and wont let me in again. Fix your damn app.

Cant login!

The old app worked just fine. Since I updated it no longer recognizes my email address and I cant login. This is so annoying. I just want to use the app, and it wont let me:(. Not a fan.

Annoying app

Very annoying. Requires repeated logins. Automatically logs off by itself. Hard to find the card to shop.

Just fix a couple things and it might be okay

Just two things - First, change it so I dont have to log in every time to access my card or coupons and second, refresh the coupons when I open up the app and select coupons. Im tired of being told the coupon Im trying to use is out of date...

Crappy app and online web store

Before releasing such a confusing product interface their software developers should let an ordinary shopper to walk in their office and try to shop online. They would see how it is painful for the shopper to check out! Its a shame! No, Im not a 100 year old grandma, Ive been shopping online since 2007 and have experience. App is so frustrating!

I liked the old app because I could get to my card so easily. With the new app I constantly have to sign in and I cant get to my card! Now I have to get the cashier to look up my card by phone number every time!! I also cannot find find my point balance in this app- anyone know how to find it? How annoying!

New app, same old nothing

A whole new built from the ground up app and still missing key features. Yes, you can now do your online shopping, but basics like Wallet support is still not there. Also it seems like everytime I open the app, I have to log in. Its really inconvenient.

App needs some improvement

The app is ok but a major flaw is having to always login to get your rewards card. Frustrating when youre holding up the line at the cashier trying to access your card! Also its baffling to me that I cant seem to find my rewards balance. Was this an oversight?!

Poor Web App

This app is just a front-end for their Web site. I couldnt use it at a store with poor cell service. Then, after having just logged in 12 hours earlier, it wanted me to log in again before I could display my card. And finally, as mentioned by others, I cant add my card to my Apple Wallet so it takes even more time to access my card.

Brutal UX

Had to phone in to the call center to login. They had to reset my password. Is this 2016? Two other more constructive questions: 1) Why can I no longer see my points balance with this new version? 2) Why cant I seem to add the card to my Apple Wallet?
