How do I

I really enjoy not having to step foot in a grocery store. I always pick up items I dont need and if produce, I just toss it. I would though like the option of a hot deli item. I still had to go inside for a cooked chicken. And for items not carried. Please bring in lactose free 10% creamer. Thanks !!!!
